The assessment is a 2-3 hour in-person appointment to learn about our program and for our program to learn about your situation and how we can best help you. During the assessment, you can also find out more information about community resources.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours of an appointment, the fee is non-refundable if you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Within 24 hours, you would need to go online and book a new appointment and pay a new fee if you want to cancel or reschedule. All assessments need to be booked 1 week in advance.
