Service Description
The assessment is a 2 hour in-person appointment to learn about our program and for our program to learn about your situation and how we can best help you. During the assessment, you can also find out more information about community resources.
Cancellation Policy
Please call us 24 hours or more prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule for a full refund. If you call within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel or reschedule, or you do not show up for your appointment, there is no refund. You have a 10-minute grace period to attend your assessment. Showing up after the grace period will result in no refund and will be considered a no-show.
