Refund Policy
(for scheduling a training or assessment)

You can be refunded in full if you cancel your assessment or training session 24 hours or more prior to your session.

If you cancel your assessment or training session within 24 hours of your session, your fee is non-refundable.  

​

For assessment sessions, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be turned away and considered a no-show and will not be refunded your fee.
